At this rate I am beginning to feel like I am going for the goal of gaining 10 pounds in July. So bloated from a horrible weekend of eating and not drinking enough water. I have to get on track. I am wanting to be back under 160 before challenge ends in 2 weeks. I am just not doing well this time, letting temptations get me.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Gosh, I know EXACTLY how you feel!! I seem to lose control in the summer months...and when I let myself go, I really let myself go...Even though I feel terrible, sometimes I feel totally powerless and out of control.... Just enjoy your eating during your off times... but, when it comes time, you will find the power to get back on track and restore normalness!! Good luck to us all!!

I'm with you there...I've been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. all week, but today was up again. I really need to watch the eating and get back on track!! Let's do it together!

i think we can all do this together! another weekend is quickly approaching. i think we should all have a water bottle on hand 24/7 over the next 3 1/2 days and make sure it's always filled or we're always filled! :)

I have done great today. Brought my water and drank almost the entire 3 liters and the day isn't up yet. Worked out during lunch. Brought a walking DVD (Walk off Belly Fat) I have and did it in my office. It was 30 minutes. I didn't work up a huge sweat, but burned calories. Just closed the door and put in my computer. Brought some shorts and changed into them. Too bad I can't Shred during lunch, but I would need a shower, plus wouldn't want to do anything on the nasty office floors :)

Hoping to be back in 150s by next week. Today's weight stayed the same, but again, I am having to work off some really bad eating from last weekend still. Many more days of Shred and treadmill to catch up with all the calories I took in.
