Finding myself to have gained 15 lbs since leaving weight watchers. Now attempting to loose that unwanted weight without going to meetings but using the point calculator.

I have found that this website helps for those of us who have used weight watchers in the past. The fact that we can track what we eat and exercise we do is a great way to keep an eye on ourselves. Also the weekly reminders to weigh in help out too! Good Luck! I have already lost 4lbs in 2 weeks (which is where WW always kept me 2lbs/wk)
