My motivation came up from Oregon "my granddaughter". She came up with only a small back pack of clothing, so had her try on some of my old skinny jeans. They fit like they were made for her. Gosh I was little a couple of years ago {size 4} seeing her in my jeans makes me even more sure I will find that body inside of this one. Back to the gym today first day after vacation... Did lower body and core training... Back on track yeah...
