Plateaus suck, agreed. I'm at the awkward point where I don't really want to do what I know it'll take to get me to my goal. That would mean eating on weekends like I do on weekdays which idk I'll ever do. I like pizza and vodka, what can I say?😂 I support you though ❤❤❤

lol - I can totally understand the concept - I am feeling the same as you - different hills but the same - hang in there - this too shall pass. Ahha! The plateau is for a reason - the body sets a new weight point and all body systems and organs reroute / readjust (whatever term it is - do not email me - thank you) --- there is a requirement for a new Set Point. So hang in there and just keep on track and back to chugging right along. Good Morning.

I have been on the 204ish hill for months. It's my own damn fault, I keep having a cheat day when I lose and then I wonder why I lost my momentum. I know you can be perfect and still be on a plateau. It will eventually break. You are doing so well, especially without the positive reinforcement of seeing the scale move. It will. Hang in there. It will eventually move. You got this.

Literally SAME. I’m just hanging onto the fact that maintaining is better than gaining
