GRR!! PMS has begun to rear its ugly head and my weight seems to be paying for it! I have stuck to my points 100% and it's really discouraging to see 1 pound in 8 days!! I guess I just have to push forward and make like "The Little Engine That Could"..... i think i can, i think i can, i think i can,...
227.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yeah, just keep pushing forward...once the water retention from PMS'ing is over, it'll start moving again.
