WW w/Alli
I appreciate everyone's thoughts. I'm going to start tomorrow. I had a long weekend. My sister had a baby! Needless to say dieting was not on my radar. I think she took after her aunt - she was over 11 lbs.

I guess I'm feeling a little desperate. Has anyone tried Alli w/WW? It seems like a good combo to me, since WW is low fat. What do you think?

Big Question?
I used to walk off/workout the extra points I ate. It was an incentive to stay within my points because sometimes I didn't want to workout so much.

Off the wagon!
I'm not a lifetime but I know WW works. Thank you for all the encouragement. I know in my head that it's a lifetime change but my actions show otherwise. You guys are awesome! I just had a bowl of berries and a nectarine for breakfast.

Off the wagon!
I can't believe it. I'm off ww for 3 weeks and I gain my weight back. I lose weight and feel I can get off WW and my weight goes back on. It so hard!!! Any ideas?
