Really excited about barely breaking through the 180 threshold. After last weekend I would have expect less of a loss. I decided to cut my calorie intake to under 2000 each day this week. I had one day when I was just below 2200. I worked out last night and went for a nice walk on my lunch hour on Monday. A week from today is my last day of school for the summer. I'll be looking forward to a lot more time to execise.
