Had a bad weekend of eating. I haven't been recording my intake over the weekend for a while now. It hasn't really been an issue as I still feel as though I am making smart eating choices. However this weekend I did a bit of stress eating. However, some friends and I demolished my deck on Saturday so I did get a lot of activity in. Hopefully a bad weekend of eating won't derail me too much. Back on the wagon this week and I need to re-commit to tracking my calories on the weekend.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 April 2011:
2108 kcal Fat: 103.85g | Prot: 125.87g | Carb: 179.56g.   Breakfast: provolone, Bananas (Large), Salsa, Milk (Nonfat), egg, egg whites, Brown n Serve Lite Original Sausage Links. Lunch: tomato, lettuce, provolone, brown mustard, roast beef, Dutch Country 100% Wheat Bread. Dinner: wegmans mild white Cheddar, Avocados, black olives, frozen corn, salsa, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: skippy, apple, 2% String Cheese Sticks, apple, Fat Free Fruit Yogurt. more...
