Once again I'm thrilled about my 1.4lb loss. I didn't feel like I ate too well this week. A colleague of mine has a giant candy bin and I keep swiping dark chocolate everytime I go to the printer. However, I was able to get outside and walk yesterday and got to the gym last night. At this pace I might be down to 170 by the time bathing suit weather gets here!
