1165 kcal Fat: 42.65g | Prot: 103.19g | Carb: 103.92g.   Breakfast: yellow summer squash, Coffee, Egg White, feta, Low Carb Multi Grain Bread. Lunch: chicken breast skinless, Mixed Salad Greens, Lite Northern Italian Dressing, Cucumber (Peeled), Avocados, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Feta Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes. Dinner: frozen french fries, swordfish, broccoli. Snacks/Other: dannon greek yogurt, clif bar mojo, apple. more...
