Yay! I met my goal and then some, woot, woot! Didn't even really notice until I got on the scale ha! I guess I have to set another goal. Cool way to start the week.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
