Been 3 weeks of working out everyday or at least taking a walk and eating low carb. I've lost 8 pounds since I started and I have lots of energy. This year is about consistency. Being consistent in my everyday small tasks adds up to a lot of progress in the long run. I'm usually really good at loosing weight... but keeping it off not so much so I'm excited to see that 21 days of keeping the same good habits has paid off a bit.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
