I lost another pound, but I am not happy with the way I ate yesterday. My skinny hubby wanted a Thanksgiving dinner in May and I love cooking. (Bad Combo)I didn't make beautiful potatoes or stuffing, I omitted the butter and milk. I measured everything that I put in my mouth, almost. Honestly I ate a couple bites of turkey. How do you put that on the food diary? I ate rolls which I haven't been eating the last few days and that dog gone sweet potato pie beat me. I'm looking at it this morning with disgust. I need to think before I put anything in my mouth. So even before I say my morning prayers I had to confess that I didn't give it my all and today HAS got to be better.
My friend that worked with me used to be a size 20 weighing 260 something. She is on Facebook a size 2. I'm thinking I am not that size and don't want to be a size 2 so I have less to deal with. Her weight loss motivates me.

Motivation means graduation! Help me Lord. :) Now time for prayer.
