I'm okay with not losing another pound. I went to a wedding last night and literally opened my fat secret app to see if I could eat another thing. I am thankful for this app, things are moving forward because of it. :)
221.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
