Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!

Stayed the same and that’s ok! 💃🌞

So, watching TV last night with hubby (I was reading …🤣) and he says, can we have pizza tomorrow since we haven’t had it in quite awhile? I just look at him and said, I guess. So, I pondered through the night… I love pizza but also want to stay within my calorie count. I remember seeing a pizza crust made with Greek yogurt and flour that I may look up. I’m not sure if it’s low cal but seems like it could be a healthier option. Will be exploring pizza options today. 🍕

My husband too, was craving pizza last week. So we ordered 2 pizzas! Mine was thin crust, lite cheese, lite olives, lite onions and garlic chicken. Not tooooo bad on the calories, I just logged them and adjusted accordingly. His appreciation was WORTH IT!

Sounds good Crystal! Hubby hasn’t mentioned pizza today … maybe he forgot? 🤣 Happens at our age! Time will tell!🤣🤣

I LOVE pizza. Have to have it at least once a week. But Ive learned to substitute. I use the carb smart tortillas for crust, turkey pepperoni, fat free mozzarella cheese and all the veggies I could want. we've also tried the low carb Italian pitas for crust too. they're a little higher in calories but pretty tasty.

Greek yogurt pizza crust? Tell me more! I have made meatzza before which is crust made out of ground chicken and mozzarella cheese.

Greek yogurt and self raising flour, it's good but very bland it needs some seasoning then it's not too bad

i never deprive myself and learned a slice of thin crust with cheese and veggies to be a great reasonably calorie option with a salad is a great meal

I use a 6 inch pita and any of the usual pizza toppings that meet your WOE. automatic portion control. I have done a pizza bar many times and let everyone make their own to their liking. Big hit.

Thanks for the comments! We didn’t have the pizza but I’m sure we will soon! Yes, I guess seasoning is best for the yogurt pizza crust … I’ve never made it but saw recipes. Great tip on using the low carb tortillas for pizza! I love the low car tortillas! I try not to deprive myself but also know my triggers … pizza is one! Thanks everyone!! ❤️💃🌞
