the yoyo weigh-ins continue, but the trend is downward...a couple of co-workers, who haven't been to our part of the building, made positive comments regarding my weight loss. so its noticable!!!
238.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think other people noticing is validation. Those that see us daily only notice one pound here and one pound there. But when someone see a whopping 10 pounds - it's more noticable. Keep up the wonderful work you are doing.
