818 kcal Fat: 29.60g | Prot: 93.39g | Carb: 39.32g.   Breakfast: weber kick'n chicken seasoning, country crossings pepper jack cheese singles, scrambled eggs. Lunch: dannon activia light fat free yogurt-mixed in with protein shake, Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Protein Shake, country crossings pepper jack cheese singles, 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, chicken breast, Tap Water, lettuce. Dinner: great value peanut butter, 100% Whole Wheat Bread-toast. Snacks/Other: cla capsules 3 per day, I-CAP MV / eye vitamin, fish oil, Tap Water. more...
