Just checking in. I haven't lost any weight but I've been eating pretty decent. I obviously need to be doing more than just watching my calorie intake. I guess I'm going to have to exercise more huh lol.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 158.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
