Slowly getting back to it. Sundays party is postponed due to covid exposure so im going to take full advantage and try to be good this weekend. My goal for Dec was - 2 kg initially but if i can just maintain my weight for Dec i will be fine. Will turn it up a notch in Jan again.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
