im on the weight loss train...toooooot toooot...chug chug...gooooood morning...another day ...another workout over...another weight loss to show...little by little down it goes...seems like its took so long for this to happen...but i see how i wasnt as focused last year as i am this year...i called the owner of the gym last night...an told them my plans this year was to continue to get my workouts there...she told me this is usually about the time i quit and start walking outside since the temps are more decent...but i told her my knees had been bothering me more an i can use the elliptical and most days get in a workout of some kind...im happy i made the choice...i can always ride my 21 speed later in the day once the weather gets nicer to get a second workout in...once i hit my mini goal...well...lets say soon as i hit my mini goal i will reset it down 10 pounds an head for the light at the end of the tunnel again...i see that its possible and im totally focused to getting there ....have a great one...
