im on the weight loss train...toooooot toooot...chug chug...gooooood morning...another day ...another workout over...another weight loss to show...little by little down it goes...seems like its took so long for this to happen...but i see how i wasnt as focused last year as i am this year...i called the owner of the gym last night...an told them my plans this year was to continue to get my workouts there...she told me this is usually about the time i quit and start walking outside since the temps are more decent...but i told her my knees had been bothering me more an i can use the elliptical and most days get in a workout of some kind...im happy i made the choice...i can always ride my 21 speed later in the day once the weather gets nicer to get a second workout in...once i hit my mini goal...well...lets say soon as i hit my mini goal i will reset it down 10 pounds an head for the light at the end of the tunnel again...i see that its possible and im totally focused to getting there ....have a great one...

That chart is still moving...good for you..maybe you have found the perfect mix of exercise for you. I think it's a great idea to stay at the gym since you are having such awesome results and just add in the stuff that you usually do when the weather is nice. Keep it up Loosin!

Yes it is and it sure motivates you to keep going. I feel that you are really on the road to where you want to be this time and I will be here cheering you on.. Have a great Tuesday. I did my exercise and my plan now is to exercise Monday to Friday and on weekends only if I am so inclined. I'm going to see what that does for awhile. Of course if we are up and I want to exercise I will. The weekends will be more of an if I feel like it and that sounds very liberating.

im thinkin that the extra scoop of protein that i have been taking at lunch is whats helping to get the weight to come off faster for me...i had just been taking 1/2 of a serving of protein plus the protein i was getting from food...but have noticed since i have been doing the 2 scoops like it suggests that im not as hungry thru the day and i do less snacking ...even when im stuck in the house an bored...im less hungry...i have to almost force myslf to eat at times...its nothing to go 5 hours an not be the lest bit hungry now...

The protein will help loosin' if it is keeping you from eating too much other food. I like hamburger crumbled and put in a frying pan with onion slices. Then I add rice with butter or margarine - sometimes I add peppers if I have them too. It is good for a change and is very tasty and one gets lots of protein from the hamburger...

thanks cathy an glenn...im sure its the protein and at the same time eating less carbs is part of it as well...i did switch to dannon activia yogurt today an that cut 12g of carbs from my carb intake...so that should help as well...still tweakin here an there on the food menu...
