Have been down all this month with the loss of my sister n law. Can’t seem to get back on track. But blood levels good and doctor says I’m in great shape. This weight gain is sad but I am still feeling good being in the 140’s. Pretty much holing my own. I’ll get better but it was such a loss for our family. And with the holidays. Very sad.

147.5 lb Lost so far: 77.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
