WAH.

Too much drank, too much post-drank munch. Not enough self-control.
Drinking lot's of tea, lot's of water, and eating very healthy today. Also staying in tonight and doing work (womp womp...) but at least that means I'll be healthy (and drinking lots of hot tea).

BAH. I need to get back on the horse. I need to care as much as I did at the beginning. I'm starting to lose interest and motivation despite still really wanting to be thin. It happens with every diet I ever try.

Why?
157.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you set specific realistic goals? Have you planned any sort of (non-food) reward for reaching your goals. I'm still thriving on the negative re-enforcement of the pic in my journal, but before long I will need to come up with some positive ones.

I have goals set, and I have non-food rewards! I also have all these [skinny] clothes that I try on weekly and see how the fit changes. I just wish my loss was more consistent...

I feel that pain... I keep rockin the calorie deficit numbers and the scale moves the wrong way. It is frustrating and demoralizing, but if it were easy we'd all be skinny. So since you have the positive side covered, do you have anything that could motivate you from the negative side. Something that peeves you so much that you are forced to beat it out in a good workout? That type of stuff helps in the short term only, but it can be used to get you out of a rut. Good luck!
