Confused. I had a really, really healthy day yesterday. I was excited. I drank a lot of tea to move my metabolism. Anyways. Frustrating...
158.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
