I am dissapointed in my .4 lb loss this week. I guess considering how I ate last weekend to with two birthday to deal with I didn't do to bad. Looking forward to getting to the gym 4-5 this upcoming week. I'm thinking I'm going to hit light weights with a lot of cardio. I want to shoot for a 2-3 lb loss next week.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 March 2011:
2008 kcal Fat: 79.76g | Prot: 151.25g | Carb: 174.79g.   Breakfast: Frosted Bite-size Shredded Wheat (Wegmans), colby jack, Milk (Nonfat), egg, Brown 'n Serve Turkey Sausage Patties, Salsa, egg whites. Lunch: broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, shrimp, chicken breast, fried rice. Snacks/Other: Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts, Fat Free Fruit Yogurt, wegman's shredded wheat. more...

Our bodies work in strange ways. I have really watched my food intake and been working out like crazy and I am up 4 pounds. I know it's muscle edema, but it's hard to see the scale go up. It will eventually come back down, so celebrate that .4. Any downward spiral is great. Great job on your loss.
