Wow! 2lbs! I'm really excited about that. After only losing .4 last week, I was worried I was starting to plateau. I still missed out on losing 10 lbs. in March, but I got pretty close. I'm very happy with my weight loss journey and the 15+ lbs. I've lost since I started. I feel really good about the positive changes I've made in my life and hope I can make these changes habit and not go back to my old ways of mindless eating.
