Weight sayed off during Hawaii trip and now its back to the OWL grind...pizza quiche is a painless way to get the protein while limiting carbs...using it in a variety of ways adding diced ham and jalapinos to cheddar...very satisfying!!!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
