Hubby's birthday weekend. Went away, did the franschhoek tram so lots of wine. Fam came over yesterday so we had cake and snacks. Starting back on track today!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
