Heading to the gym. Making it a daily thing again. Aiming for 193 by mid November and probably not back to my 170's until February. Wish me luck! 🤞🏼🤸❤️💪🏼🏋️

DP. Get the routine going again girl. I know you’ll love the gym once you get the momentum going again. The hardest part is to get it going but after a few days, keep it going. There will be days you won’t want to go, those are the days you have to go!! I hope you return to yourself. I’ve missed you and your gym posts, recalling how much you loved back days! 🥰 I know you feel your best when you workout, just as I do.
