Steady is good. I'm right on target for hitting 217 by end of month. Got several playlists for the gym. It took me hours. One for 100 beats per minute, one for 125 BPM and one for warmup/cooldown. Very pleased.
Got my ass up at 0700 for 1.5 hours at the gym on a Saturday for the first time ever, so yay me!

Good for you! Going to the gym is the best move I've made. I love trying all the classes, and anything with weights is a plus. You go for it!

Wow! I never heard of anyone choosing music by beats per minute, but that sounds interesting!

I think you may have broken some kind of state law by getting up at that hour to go to the gym! GoodOnYa!! Love the beats/minute playlist idea ;-)

Yes! YAY for you! And how smart to time your workout songs. I always remember when I first starting using an iPod. I went running -- which is not my fav form of exercise, but I'll do so in a pinch -- & realized I always run to the beat, & a really slow song had come on... I was "running" at a pace slower than most walk! Xoxox

I find myself doing that walking. I usually have my iPhone on Pandora. It let's me skip easily to the next song when a slow comes on and I'm not in cool down mode.
