Will I ever stop this yoyo cycle - Lose 30, Gain 30. Back on board once again this week. Totally embarassed that I have gained that weight back after it has been gone for 2 years. I done it before and I can do it again....... I have to stop this cycle!

Thanks for the support! :) One day at a time is exactly how I am trying to get the weight off. I focus on succeeding today, then I will deal with tomorrow, tomorrow. Thanks again! :)

I also kept doing that but would gain more back each time. At 190 pounds and a closer looming knee replacement if i didn't change things, I finally decided no diet but to decide what would work for me for the rest of my life. Some way of eating and exercise that I could basically stick with and fit my life. Until I lose the pounds my calorie count is lower, after that still keep track so I don't go back up but maintain a healthy weight. I'm still working on that exercise plan so it's simply part of my routine. Asthma and related health issues derail me here and there. I don't want that knee replacement and want to reverse the osteoporosis that I have exercise is a must. 50 pounds later it's working so far for me.
