Hardly muscle. I'm eating like an overweight person eats. What I want, not what I need. 2 beers and a pizza for dinner. Emphasis on "a". As in an entire pizza. I'm not proud of it, but I do have to own it. I'm gaining weight because I eat too much.

I slip sometimes too, I think we all do at some point. It’s good you recognize it tho. Hang in there, you got this! At least you enjoyed the pizza 🍕 😉
