Been working out and eating healthy. Been a bit of a lunatic with my schedule. Trying hard to keep my workout schedule even on days I dont want to do the workout. So far so good. Still dealing with the everyday mental and emotional side effects from the loss of my fiance. Trying to rebuild life... very, very hard to do. But keeping my schedule, honoring my boundaries, and ensuring that only healthy options are in the house is really supporting the every day need to build a new routine and create new habits. I miss my fiance dearly... grief is a hell of a thing... but I'm taking things minute by minute and keeping my routines and honoring the things I need to do feel like I have some sort of control since everything is still very surreal.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
