A little loss. I'm actually surprised. But I'll take it. Treadmill 90 minutes, 5.43 miles.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why the surprise? You are consistently wonderful with your treadmill workouts and that makes a big dent in any unplanned eating. Keep up the great work!
