Well, I've been on holiday for a couple weeks and trying to keep on track.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know, right? I had a regular scale for the last two weeks, but didn't put any stock in it. I finally bought a new battery for the digital scale and was two pounds down. Yeah! I've been recording (as best I can) everything I eat on this delicious island of Barbados where we have lots of high calorie delicious food.
