Happy with the consistent progress, it's slow but steady :)

So far I've been mainly watching my calories but I'm also now going to try to improve my diet.
I've been pretty much eating the same stuff I've always been eating even while losing weight but just decreasing the intake.
I feel like there's a lot of days when I don't have any fruits so I'm going to aim for atleast one fruit a day going forward.

My current worry is that I'm going to have to lose more weight than what my current goal is, I want to decrease the amount of fat around my neck and chest but it seems very likely it'll still be there when I get to 68kg.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great. Once you get to your target weight you can reassess. The body can have these pockets of fat that it won't give up until the last minute. Keeping active will help and intermittent fasting might force the body to dig into these stores!

Thank you Anne :) That's interesting, I didn't know that about the pockets of fat. I'm thinking after I reach my main weight goal that then I'll set smaller weight goals afterwards until I feel more satisfied. Also I will look into intermittent fasting, thanks again :)

It is usually subcutaneous fat that has been stored for a long time. Becomes fibrous and embedded making it harder for the body to burn. But it will go eventually. Just gets harder nearer the goal weight. The body follows the path of the least resistance!
