Well, then. Apparently, making an attempt to eat two thousand calories a day has backfired and caused weight loss, as opposed to weight gain. Ironically, my arms and legs have increased in size and only my waist measurement cut down by nearly two inches, so it seems as though something positive is going on. Situps--they work.
