This week I lost 3 lbs. I was shockingly happy. I feel I've been rewarded for my efforts the last couple weeks. This is really working. I believe that adding exercise has helped my weight loss a great deal. My plan has been counting Weight Watchers points (old plan-Momentum) and adding exercise (walks during my lunch hour, my 3 days a week jog for C25K and my 1-2 strength training sessions).

My lesson is, that dieting or watching what you eat is half the effort but when you add in the physical activity it really makes things roll down much more easily and faster. Plus it helps shape my body so that in the end of this weight loss I'm firm.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
