I’m headed to the dr too. I’m afraid I’ll have the same results. But it’s a fully clothed and shoes on weight. Not how I normally weigh at home. Lol

The only scale that matters is the one you use every morning. I ALWAYS weigh about 5 pounds more than I do at home. I always make sure that they include my “stated” at home weight on the notes section of their record.

I always weigh 2-3 lbs more at the dr office because I am not naked and have had breakfast and sometimes lunch. Is that 7.2 difference from your last home weigh in or the last time you weighed in at the dr office?

Mitch, excellent points. Duly noted.

Kenna, That would be about the amount I am up for their measurement. And I can definitely see you saying you better include this in the notes LMAOJK

Kay - I have one and she is almost 15. She had a playmate for 12 years but when he passed she was not receptive to bringing an "imposter" into the home.

Don't sweat it. That weight includes your clothes and shoes. Then, I think the fact that it's the doctors office that adds an extra 2 pounds.

KayBuckeroo— I also make them wait till we have talked to take my BP. And, many of the assistants don’t know where exactly to take the measurement or that in the case of cuff size, size matters.
