I got to get back on my game. I have had My sister and her family with me this week they are leaving for Germany on the 21st. With them being here I got thrown off my game. But I'm back!!!!
212.3 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
