melting like ice cream.. 2 month to go GREAT NORTH RUN..
159.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

going very well Anne, just smashed 15K today, after 8 hours work.. 6K TO GO reach 21K HALF MARATHON , soon or late i will do it.. thanks and hope ur finger better too..

1500m swimming?? i defo cant swim that long distance.. well done to you.. swimming need different kind stamina and determinations.. you have it all ANNE.. FOR ME 100 METRE ok for swim..:))))
