I'm enjoying the challenges I'm in right now especially Don't Feed the Night Monster because I'm always wanting a late night snack but passing the challenge so far. Patting myself on the back...

Congrats on your weight loss. I saw you said people are beginning to notice - that makes all the difference in the world. At night, when I'd really rather eat something, I've been trying to drink water and/or have a cup or two of hot tea - something like lemon-ginger or hibiscus so it has some flavor otherwise it feels like I'm drinking hot water.
