Oh the fluctuations! Probably be up again tomorrow. That's why I weigh myself daily because if I hit an "Up" day once weekly I think I haven't lost anything. Does anyone else have these?

Yes =) My weight fluctuates up to 5lbs a day depending on hydration status/etc, so I am much happier watching day-by-day trends than relying on once weekly. And then I compare my Friday weights across a month or so and look to see how that number is behaving in general. It doesn't work for everyone, but it sure works for me. =)

I go up and down, too. I weigh myself daily because it motivates me to eat healthier and eat small portions. As long as the trend in the right direction, I’m happy.

Yes, right now I fluctuate about 1.5 pounds. That doesn’t bother me so much now, and yes I weigh daily to avoid surprises. All the best!
