Frustrated that I went back up 2 pounds over the weekend. I didn't do anything different, still eating the same amount of calories. I've had some rough stomach issues lately, basically my stomach always hurts, but I can't figure out if that has anything to do with it or not. I know I haven't been getting my water in everyday. With the stomach pains water just hasn't been a favorite. Ughh hopefully I'll get back on track soon!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.7 lb a week

You can be retaining stomach bloat. Usually when you gain weight and you know it's not from eating, it's from water weight. Water weight can be caused by many factor: hormones, medications, illness, sore muscles from exercise, too much sodium in food, certain foods, etc. Drink some water and keep going. It will correct itself.
