I actually started this about 6weeks ago after an 11 A1C at 172lb. I've been pretty strict trying and researching Keto methods and fasting. I plan on adding healthy carbs slowly eventually. Just ran across this free format and I am loving it. After 6 wks in the internet diet hole, I found something I can use. Thanks for the acknowledgement!
