keeping same weight in ramadan not easy. specially when you work at GREGG'S... 5 DAYS TO GO.. then start great north run training.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That must be so difficult. My other half keeps bringing in vegan sausage rolls from Greggs. I keep saying NO THANK YOU!

I'm not sure Anne. Possible 275 or 300 calories single roll. Think our puff paste very rich. Plus egg glaze on paste.
