Acomander, getting rid of breakfast and doubling down on healthy choices made all the difference in the world. Biggest benefit of decreasing my intake by about 400 cal per day, 5%, is that I feel so much better. If only everything in life was so simple 😊. 5% less excess, 5% less arguing, 5% more grace to others, 5% more attending to the people in our lives. I'll bet it's synergistic. 5% + 5% + 5 % + 5% = 100% better life.
