More rain today, so no afternoon walk. Sunshine should be returning tomorrow afternoon. Need nice weather so we can enjoy the weekend. My niece is getting married outside. Friday is going to be unexpectedly cooler but Saturday will warm up again, but just just into the low 70's.
Thoughts on fasting?? I have a difficult time understanding the need for withholding nourishment from our bodies for days at a time. I don't have any argument with Intermittent fasting. And how do we learn how to successfully eat & maintain weight loss if we don't practice new methods? I believe when we start practicing better habits they can become our new way of life. That includes learning to incorporate our favorite foods & treats into our WOE while attempting to eat plenty of lower calorie foods. I'm lucky some of my favorite foods are also healthy. I love veggies, fruits, seafood! I don't feel deprived if I can occasionally eat some of my favorite higher calorie foods while the balance come from the many choices that fall into the healthier category.
