A surprise drop on the scale this morning! Gotta love it!

Have a Sunshiny Day all!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

671 kcal Fat: 15.44g | Prot: 43.64g | Carb: 61.88g.   Breakfast: Coffee, HEB Cantaloupe Chunks, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), grape nuts 2 tbsp (for yogurt). Dinner: Pure Via Stevia, Kirkland Signature Japanese Green Tea, Season's Choice Steamed Asparagus Spears, Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets. Snacks/Other: Great Value Pimento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives, Grey Goose Vodka, Pure Via Stevia, Kirkland Signature Japanese Green Tea, Polly-O Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks. more...
