Woo hoo me! I’m still watching what I eat and recording it. Still no definite program decided on but I’m doing OK! I guess I need to increase my fiber and fat for the challenge so I need to figure that out. So far, I’m just eating what I like.

187.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 52.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A great wait to increase your fiber is to eat avocado. I like to put it on top of a cheese omelet, with a little sour cream.

Thanks Debbie. Went to the store today and bought some avocado although they are pretty hard. I was running errands all day and didn’t have time for lunch. That won’t hello I’m sure.

Put them in a paper bag and it will soften them more quickly. Great losses. Off to a great start!
