Katsolo's Journal, 22 March 2021

Monday morning meetings starting before dawn, ugh. And it's busy, so here are screenshots of yesterday's swim, also walked dogs. Did three sets of 500 followed by sprints with no paddles. That was fun. Talk about confirmation of life at the end, I was gasping for air when I finished. 844 strokes, average heart rate 149, but 12 minutes in peak and hit 164 during the sprint set. 10.5 METs, need to look at the day before because I think it was pretty close to the same. Interesting, because the primary swim felt more relaxed until the sprints. Good times, good times. I can still do it though. So pbbbt. Been watching Cody Miller's YT for inspiration to push harder.

Weight down, blob down, muscle mass up from yesterday and holding its own above 91 consistently. Probably bike and walk or treadmill only today. All this before 8AM. Need coffee and food, donations accepted.

Onwards!

I use an Apple Watch, 5 series (waterproof), a training app called "Zones for Training" and a Withings Smart Scale. These shots are from Zones. It takes the data from the watch and makes it easier to visualize.
